Sustainable development and ESG criteria are a key priority for us and are integrated into the core of our business strategy and operation. In this context, we maintain open channels of communication with all specific parties and publish through reports and reports detailed and measured data that refer to the company's performance in matters of Sustainable Development.

A Sustainable Development Report is drawn up annually in accordance with the GRI standard. The principles of the GRI are applied to determine the content regarding the completeness of the data, the materiality of the issues, the response to the needs of the interested parties and the overall framework of the approach to Sustainable Development by the Company.

On an annual basis, the Carbon Footprint of the Company is also calculated and verified according to the international standard ISO 14064-1. Both the Verification Statement issued by an accredited body and the Carbon Footprint Report present the annual direct and indirect GHG (Greenhouse gases) emissions, which have been obtained through a complete and accurate quantification and are related to the entire range of the Company's activities.
